Your name, contact (email or social handle), booked area / studio / date / time / plan / party size. Payment details captured by the card company or payment gateway in the checkout step are not stored by MAKEDOL.

What MAKEDOL collects, why, and how we handle it.
2. How we use it
Booking confirmation and reminders, contact in case of schedule changes, customer support, and aggregated analytics. Marketing emails are only sent to guests who opt in.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share name, contact, and booking details with the partner studio you book — only that studio, only what is necessary. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
We retain booking data for one year from the booking date and delete it afterwards. Marketing consent records are deleted immediately on opt-out.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or processing restrictions at any time. Contact: hello@makedol.com
6. Guests under 14
Guests under 14 must complete a separate guardian-consent process before booking.
